1. Cancellation Window
Two rules fix the timing:
An order cancelled within 24 hours of purchase is refunded in full.
After 24 hours cancellation may not be possible; the order may already have been processed or shipped.
2. Cancellation Procedure
The request runs in two steps:

The support team verifies the status of that order and confirms whether it remains eligible.
3. Refund Handling
Approved cancellations are refunded:
The refund is issued to the original payment method.
